Apple Releases Beta Software for Developers

New Software Available for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS, and HomePod

Apple has released the first beta versions of its upcoming software updates for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS, and HomePod to developers. The new software is available for download now through the Apple Developer Center.

The new software includes a number of new features and improvements, including:

• iOS 18: New features include a redesigned lock screen, customizable widgets, and new notifications.
• iPadOS 16: New features include a new multitasking interface, a new Files app, and new collaboration tools.
• macOS 13: New features include a new design, a new System Preferences app, and new privacy features.
• tvOS 16: New features include a new Siri interface, a new Home app, and new gaming features.
• watchOS 9: New features include a new watch face, new health tracking features, and new fitness features.
• HomePod 16: New features include a new Siri interface, a new Home app, and new multi-room audio features.

Developers can download the new software now through the Apple Developer Center. Public betas of the new software are expected to be released in July.
